John Durham graduated from Lipscomb University in 1974 with a B.S. Degree in Mathematics and has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is now retired after a 35-year career as a Project Manager at AT&T, BellSouth, EDS and Asurion where he worked on a number of high-profile project teams receiving numerous awards for innovation, leadership and expertise.

Kennedy Anokye is the Head of the IT Team at Help Motherland International (HMI), where he leads digital innovation and oversees the development of the HMI Virtual University website. Based in Germany, Kennedy combines technical expertise with a strong passion for social impact, ensuring that HMI’s digital platforms remain accessible, secure, and impactful across borders.
He holds advanced degrees in Applied Computer Science from the Schmalkalden University of Applied Science, Germany, and Public Administration from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, Ukraine. With professional experience spanning Germany, Italy, Ukraine, and Ghana, Kennedy has built a strong foundation in machine learning, data analytics, AI systems, and web development.
A firm believer in using technology as a tool for empowerment, Kennedy is dedicated to creating innovative digital solutions that strengthen communities, support education, and drive positive change across the HMI network.
Mrs. Dorcas Owusu Yeboah

Mrs. Dorcas Owusu Yeboah is a compassionate and dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in nursing and healthcare administration. Serving as Secretary of HMI Ghana since 2008, she plays a vital role in coordinating activities and ensuring effective communication across the organization. With an MSc and BSc in Nursing and a strong background in medical, surgical, and paediatric care, she embodies HMI’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and service. Dorcas is passionate about helping others, driven by her belief that no one should suffer alone, and continually works to promote compassion and hope in every community she serves.
